Fees to Landlords

Tenant Find

10% Sole agency -11% Joint agency – 12% Multi agency

Our Tenant Find service includes:

• Marketing the property across appropriate channels

• Professional presentation of the property

• Enquiry and applicant management

• Conducting and arranging viewings

• Referencing prospective tenants

• Right to Rent checks

• Negotiating rental terms

• Preparing the tenancy agreement

• Coordinating move-in

• Collecting the initial rent and transferring funds to the landlord

Fully Managed

15% + VAT of the rent collected

Our Fully Managed service includes everything within Tenant Find, together with:

• Collection and remittance of rent

• Management of rent arrears and payment issues

• Routine tenancy correspondence

• Coordination of repairs and maintenance

• Instructing trusted contractors where required

• Periodic property inspections

• Key holding throughout the tenancy

• Liaising with utility providers where appropriate

• Managing tenancy renewals and ongoing administration

• Support for the landlord throughout the tenancy

Additional Services

Certain services may incur additional charges where required. These will always be discussed with and agreed by the landlord in advance.

Inventory & Check-Out

Inventory and check-out fees are dependent on the size, type and characteristics of the property.

• Inventory: quoted according to property

• Check-out: quoted according to property

• Professional cleaning: quoted according to property, where required

All fees are subject to VAT where applicable.
