Andreas Abasaid
Director
Andreas Abasaid is a London-based artist and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background spanning property, art and the creative industries.
A law graduate, Andreas began his entrepreneurial career in the creative sector, founding a marketing and communications agency and working with clients across property, design and hospitality.
His longstanding interest in architecture, art and the built environment led him to establish Orato, an independent property and design house specialising in distinctive residential properties, considered interiors and art advisory.
As Founder and Director, Andreas oversees the company's strategic direction, client relationships and business development, bringing together a considered approach to property with an appreciation for design, culture and individuality.
Elena Ktoridou
Director of Interiors
Elena Ktoridou is an architect and designer with over 30 years of international experience spanning architecture, interior design and product design across Europe and the Middle East.
Throughout her career, Elena has held senior design and leadership positions, establishing and overseeing architectural operations in the United Arab Emirates and contributing to distinguished residential and commercial projects across the Gulf.
As the founder of Ktoridou Architects, her independent practice based in Cyprus, she has developed a distinctive approach to design that combines architectural precision, material sensitivity and an appreciation for craftsmanship.
At Orato, Elena brings her extensive expertise to the interiors division, overseeing the creative direction of bespoke residential interiors, renovations and design-led projects. Her philosophy centres on creating timeless, individual spaces that respond thoughtfully to their surroundings and the people who inhabit them.
